Andrea Lerdo
Andrea Lerdo de Tejada is an executive and producer, originally from Mexico, now based in New York City. They have over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance industries, and currently advise Decentralized Pictures, a nonprofit organization seeking to discover new and innovative filmmaking talent. Andrea recently directed, hosted & produced five-episode docuseries, ReWire, centered around indigenous artists in Oaxaca. The first season is currently in post-production while Andrea develops the second season, this time about rave culture in NYC.
Hillia Aho
Hillia Aho is a queer filmmaker and visual artist, originally from Maine, currently based in NYC. She has written and directed eight short films and worked extensively across departments. Her production design credits include The Touch of the Master's Hand (dir. Greg Barnes, Sundance U.S. Jury Award), Hellmark (Fantasia 2023), and Moonbeams (EP Spike Lee, currently in post). Her most recent short film Here and Then, recipient of the Clive Davis Post-Production Award, is currently beginning its festival circuit. Her short film In Passing premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival and is currently being developed into her first feature. She holds an MFA in directing from NYU Tisch.

Maria Díaz
Maria is a Zapotec filmmaker from the central valleys of Oaxaca, now based in Oaxaca City. She holds a Bachelor of Film from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica.
Her thesis film, La Soledad received La Diosa de Plata award for Best Fiction Short by the Mexican Film Journalists, A.C. (2024), the BAFTA Student Award for Best Live Action Short and YUGO Student Choice Award (2024), and the Best Mexican Student Short at the Monterrey International Film Festival. She is currently working on the feature film Ascio o Día sin Sombra in Santo Domingo Barrio Bajo Etla, Oaxaca, her paternal family's hometown.
